Why do we call when we do?
Our survey calls are placed at various times during the evening so we have the greatest chance of reaching the most consumers at a convenient time. Some people like to be called early as they don't stay up late, so they prefer a 5 - 6 PM call. Other consumers aren't done with their daily routine until after 9 PM and like to be called then. Since we never know a person's preference until we talk to them, we try the number at different times.
