Why do we call multiple times?
It is so important for each chosen household to be part of the survey, that we call several times in the hope we'll reach and convince the right person. We can never substitute another household for one that doesn't answer or doesn't want to do the survey, once it has been selected for the study. The answers of those household members represent thousands in that area who did not have a chance to give their preferences in radio, newspaper and television.
