Who fills out the booklets I received in the mail?
Because some of the questions in these booklets refer to your personal shopping activities or television viewing, we need the person who completed the telephone part of the interview to complete the booklets. However, you may want to consult other members of your household on some questions such as household activities, grocery shopping, or auto repair.

If you have not been selected to complete the telephone portion of our survey, you cannot fill out the booklets. Please give it to the person who did the telephone survey for us. Perhaps you will be one of the selected people chosen to participate in a future Scarborough study.
