**SISA -Scarborough Internet Survey Application** (postcard)

Have you received a postcard invite (with user id and password login information) about taking our survey online?

If so, you have been selected to participate in the Scarborough survey with a special additional option. You have the option of taking our survey online using the login information provided to you on the postcard which was mailed to you. Please note: When logging into the survey, you will need to type the password exactly as it appears on the postcard. It is case-sensitive. This is for security purposes.

SISA (Scarborough Internet Survey Application) is our Internet consumer survey option.

*This option is only available in a few select cities at the current time because it is still in the testing stages. Therefore, this postcard was only sent to very few selected respondents.

Those selected cities are: Austin, Boston, Denver, Minneapolis, Norfolk, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington D.C.
